Going Shopping Today

I am going shopping today at the new mall, this is not your ordinary mall.

This mall is a place where you can buy new things and oh by the way you can return all of your old stuff no matter how long you had it. Also it has a place where you can sit down and relax and do some meditation if you like.

So come with me and lets check out this new mall,

first lets drop off some of the old stuff Like -shame, pain, tears that you and I have cried though the years, abandonment , rejection , separation , molestation , and list goes on and on.

Now let do some shopping --so grab a push cart and lets get going. I don’t know about you but personally am going to buy SOME PEACE OF MIND, next FORGIVINESS of those who have hurt and use you, a new smile that says I am doing just fine , and instead of shame and pain just replace it with a NEW HEART FILL WITH JOY AND HAPPINESS.

Now we can sit down and relax a while , we got rid of a lot of old stuff , it feels so good when you can go to the mall and treat yourself to some new things that’s going to make you feel beautiful not only on the outside but most important on the inside of your MIND-BODY-SOUL.

OH BUY THE WAY DID I MENTION THAT YOU DON’T NEED CASH OR A CREDIT CARD FOR
